Flash Remoting cannot connect in Safari

When attempting to connect to a Flash Remoting service (gateway) within the Safari web browser, a connection to the gateway cannot be established by the Flash Player.

Reason
This issue is caused by a problem in how Safari and the Flash Player communicate. Macromedia has worked with the Safari development team and with the beta 2 release of Safari, Flash Remoting is properly supported.
